This easy casserole is a perfect way to repurpose leftover turkey, blending it with cranberry sauce, fresh spinach, and melty mozzarella for a cozy, flavorful dish.
Cranberry Turkey Spinach Casserole
Ingredients:

| Cooked turkey, shredded | 2 cups |
| Fresh spinach, chopped | 1 cup |
| Cranberry sauce | 1 cup |
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 1 cup |
Instructions:
Step 1: Heat Oven & Prepare Pan
Warm your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Mix the Filling
In a large bowl, stir together the shredded turkey, chopped spinach, cranberry sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Step 3: Add to Baking Dish
Spoon the mixture into the greased dish and spread it out evenly.
Step 4: Add Topping & Bake
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese melts and turns golden.
Step 5: Serve
Let it rest for a few minutes before cutting and serving warm.
