Hollywood A-listers are joining forces with the organization Home For Our Troops, offering fans unique experiences and cool items to support American veterans.
George Clooney is leading the charge this year, returning as a longtime supporter by auctioning off his Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M watch in 18K red gold at the 8th Annual Veterans Day Celebrity Auction.
Chris Evans is contributing a personalized video message and a signed “Captain America” poster, while Jennifer Aniston is offering a signed Valentino handbag. Whoopi Goldberg is donating autographed sneakers, and Mindy Kaling is giving away her black Rachel Gilbert dress from “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”
Other notable celebrities who have donated items or experiences include Ben Stiller, Bill Maher, Bryan Cranston, Elizabeth Banks, Henry Winkler, Jason Momoa, Jennifer Hudson, Jerry Seinfeld, Saquon Barkley, Mark Hamill, Will Ferrell, and Wynonna Judd.
All proceeds from the auction will go to Homes For Our Troops, which builds and donates custom homes for post-9/11 veterans with severe injuries. Bidding on eBay starts on November 11 and ends on November 21.
