Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (you can use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispiness)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- In three separate bowls, prepare your breading station. In one bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In the third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Take a piece of chicken and coat it in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the breadcrumbs to the chicken.
